How can I book laundry services using myRLC?

Step 1: Log in to www.myRLC.com. In the MENU, select Ring Rob Concierge Step 2: Click List of Services. Under Laundry on the Go, click Order Now Step 3: Accomplish the online order form. Please read the FAQs and Terms & Conditions. Laundry pick-up is daily from 10:00-11:00 AM at the building lobby. Step 4: Confirm the details of your order and select your payment method- BDO Online Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery. A Ring Rob Representative will contact you on delivery reminders and instructions Laundry FAQs What can I include in my laundry? Please note that only regular items are allowed such as: T-Shirts, Polos, Tank Tops/Sando, Shorts, Dresses, Skirts, Trousers, Slacks, Chinos, Jeans, Undies, Sportswear, Light Jackets, Face Towels, Handkerchiefs, Socks. Any other clothes that are not mentioned above that are considered regular items by our service providers will still be accepted. Due to the ECQ, we are implementing a no count, no liability policy. Ring Rob Concierge strongly suggests for clients to provide their list of items for laundry. What is included in my fee? The fee includes washing, drying and folding. It also covers the service fee and commercial-grade liquid detergent, fabric conditioner and color-safe bleach. Should I separate white garments from colored garments? Should clients prefer to separate the washing of white and colored garments, please inform Ring Rob Concierge and note that this will be two loads, thus two charges. Segregation should be done by the client prior to pick-up. You are responsible for informing the Ring Rob Concierge or the Service Provider representative regarding the possibility of a new (colored) garment to "bleed" (washing away of the dye). Ring Rob Concierge or the Service Provider SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any damage caused from a new garment/s dye. How do I pack my dirty laundry? Please label the bag/s with the following details – Name, Unit, Mobile #, Payment Reference # (if applicable), also, please provide your own bag for the clean laundry. Do I need to provide laundry detergent? The fee includes commercial-grade liquid detergent, fabric conditioner and color-safe bleach. You may provide your own if you have preferred brands. Cancellation Policy Bookings will be automatically scheduled based on the selected date unless bookings are modified or cancelled. Bookings may be cancelled any time before 6PM of the same booking date. Payment will be collected after completion and there is no fee if your request is terminated. How do I retrieve an item which I accidentally left in my pocket? You are responsible for inspecting the garment for any cash keys, or other valuable items before turning the garment/s over to the Ring Rob Concierge or the Service Provider representative. Ring Rob Concierge or the Service Provider SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for the loss of any item/s LEFT inside the pocket of a garment. In any case that the Ring Rob Concierge or the Service Provider representative finds any item (cash, keys, or other valuable items) inside the garment/s, the Ring Rob Concierge or the Service Provider representative shall return it to the client during the delivery date. Service provider will contact you on additional charges and wait for your confirmation before doing the laundry. Payment for excess can be settled upon delivery. How soon can I expect my clean laundry? You may expect the delivery of your clean laundry within three (3) days from the day of pick-up. In the case of fortuitous events - e.g. typhoon- Ring Rob Concierge shall communicate the adjusted time of delivery to the client through the contact information provided in the online laundry job order. How will my clean laundry be delivered? The clean laundry will be delivered to your building lobby. You must present the SMS confirmation and provide the full payment upon claiming or acceptance of clean laundry. The Service Provider will not release the garment (or set of garments) in the absence of the SMS confirmation (or proof of ownership of the garment/confirmation by the Ring Rob Concierge representative) and final or full payment for the service rendered. Can I send damaged / worn-out clothes for laundry? If a pre-existing damage to the garment is noticed prior to the laundry process, the Ring Rob Concierge or the Service Provider representative shall inform the client regarding the said damage and shall seek approval to include the garment for laundry service. If the CLIENT does not approve to include the damaged garment, Ring Rob Concierge or the Service Provider representative will return the garment on the client’s pickup date. Ring Rob Concierge or the Service Provider shall not be held liable for any pre-existing damage found before the garment goes through the laundry process. Ring Rob Concierge or the Service Provider will not be held LIABLE for shrinkage, color fading, buttons falling off, the seam coming undone, or otherwise the garment becoming worn out due to the normal laundry process. Previous staining on the garment which cannot be prevented or removed SHALL NOT BE A LIABILITY OF Ring Rob Concierge or the Service Provider Is it safe to have my dirty clothes laundered?
